Why We Created the Vertex

We designed the Vertex utility knife with precision and functionality in mind. At just 90mm in length, it's the perfect tool for intricate tasks where a larger knife would get in the way. After extensive testing with various utility blades, we selected the Tajima V-REX II model as the foundation for our design.

While other blades may fit, we've found that variations in manufacturing tolerances across different brands can result in excess play in the blade retention system. That's why we've refined our design to accommodate minor variations while minimizing unwanted movement—ensuring you get precise, controlled cuts every time.
